Kawaii'iro Seishun-tai

This is the group that started the Mignon! Project. They mainly cover Hello! Project Kids (C-ute and Berryz Koubou), with a few exceptions. It was cast with eight (8) original members (Tsuki (leader), Naoko (subleader), Bee, Angela, Kitty, Yuko, Rayna Black, Tamuma), but the fourth lead singer, Angela, graduated at the end of March 2007 with the release of the group's third single, Soku Dakishimete.

At the beginning of March 2007, Tamuma left the group due to personal conflicts. She was temporarily replaced by Shiori, a member of Kawaii'iro Okashibito, on the singles Soku Dakishimete and Jiriri Kiteru. Shiori was also featured on the two new songs on Kawaii'iro's first album, Monochrome 1, as her last release with the group.

After the release of the group's third single, Soku Dakishimete, Kitty left the group (but remains a member of M!P) due to vocal problems. She was temporarily replaced by Riko, who was brought into M!P as a temporary member. She was only be in the group for the release of their fourth single, Jiriri Kiteru. The two new songs on the group's first album were only sung with six members.

Narijima from Sekai no Melody (a sister group of M!P), and serenitymoonshine from Kawaii! Project both joined the group as the two second generation members resulting from the Genki 2 Auditions in May. Their first release with the group will be a sakura-themed single called Sakura Ranman.

Zutto 2

Zutto 2 is a group that covers mainly W (Double You), but also a lot of other groups, like GAM. The group has two members (Tsuki and Bee).

Sugoi Shoujo

This is the sole non-H!P Mignon! group. They mostly cover various anime songs, with some other J-pop mixed in. The group consists of five girls (Michelle, Aqua, YingFaStar, Neko, and Hitomi). There were originally six girls, but one left very shortly after casting. Sugoi Shoujo is considered the most unstable of the M!P groups because three of the original five members were put on indefinite hiatus and there hasn't been a single release from the group with all five members (vocals have been replaced by Tsuki and Naoko from Kawaii'iro). Naoko joined the group after Hitomi's suspension to keep the number at three.

As a result of the Genki 2 Auditions, Morningstarfairy (formerly in Kawaii'iro Okashibito) and Zelina joined the group, their first release will be the group's first album.  Aqua and Neko both came off of hiatus and began work with the group at that point.  It was also decided then that Naoko would be added the group officially (since she was on every single, but only as a replacement thus far).  About a week after the CD was put into production, Hitomi came off of hiatus, but she won't start work again with the group until their second album planned in August after the musical.

Kawaii'iro Okashibito

Okashibito is the Mignon! group that can easily be compared to the Hello! Project Eggs. They are the girls who weren't placed in a larger group and are in Okabishito until the next generation casting or until they've shown their improvement in singing ability. There is only one member of this group officially.

Satou Rakugan

Satou Rakugan is one of the second generation groups. It is the parrallel group to Ame Rakugan and mainly covers MiniMoni. They have four (4) members, Bee (leader, from KIST), Tsuki (subleader, from KIST), Shiori (former Okashibito), and Shurin. Their first release is a joint with Ame Rakugan, a summer-themed single called Natsu no Hana.

Ame Rakugan

Ame Rakugan is also one of the second generation groups. It is the parallel to Satou Rakugan. But unlike Satou, Ame mainly covers Morning Musume. It has nine (9) members, making it the largest group in M!P, consisting of Naoko (leader, from KIST), Yuko (subleader, from KIST), aisasami, Usaby, Sakura, Yasu, Shan, Joou, and Peach Moon. Their first release is a joint with Satou Rakugan, a summer-themed single called Natsu no Hana.
