The second child of Persia, Chiaki was given to one of her father's friends when she was born, and grew up without knowing the truth.  When she was twelve, her "parents" died, and she found out the truth about her parentage after she and Norie went to live with Manx.  Chiaki demanded to become an agent for Kritiker, and Persia hesitantly gave in.  While in high school, Chiaki met Haru, and joined his and Shouko's band, Pinky Typhoon.  When the attempt was made on Shouko's life by Schwartz, Chiaki fell for one of the assigned bodyguards, Kudou Youji, who she later married and had a daughter with.
